1. Order Processing

 

All orders are typically processed within 14 business days and shipped after within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).  after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Please note that custom or made-to-order items will have specific processing times indicated on their individual product pages. These items will ship within the timeframe stated there.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [6-9pm] on a business day will begin processing on the next business day.


 

2. Domestic Shipping (UK)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order.

  • We use reputable carriers, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the courier service (e.g., adverse weather, industrial action, busy periods like Christmas).


 

3. International Shipping

 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination. Typical estimates are [e.g., 7-14 business days for Europe, 10-21 business days for USA/Canada, 14-28 business days for Australia/Rest of World] after dispatch.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

    • RyGods is not responsible for these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

    • We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

    • For EU Customers (Post-Brexit): Please be aware that VAT and customs duties may apply to orders shipped from the UK to EU countries, depending on the value of your order. These charges are collected by the courier or your local customs authority upon delivery.


 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number(s) and a link to track your package directly with the carrier.

  • The tracking number should be active within [24 hours] of receiving the email.


 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 

RyGods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help!

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Immediately contact our customer support at [Your Customer Service Email/Phone Number] with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage so we can assist you.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your package is significantly delayed without updates, please:

    1. Check with neighbours or your building's reception/mailroom.

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

    3. If issues persist, contact our customer support team at [Your Customer Service Email/Phone Number]. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier, but please understand we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered.


 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the redelivery costs. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
